When you call our shop you will get a real live person during business hours to help you with your window covering needs. All of our office staff are employees (No overseas calling centers). Sales staff and installers are employees as well. You will not have to worry about disappearing subcontractors or passing the blame game, which often happens when you have to deal with multiple businesses to get your window coverings measured, made, delivered, and installed.
The 2 owners are hands on and are at work most days. Three members of the management team have worked with the owners for almost 12 years each (The owners started P&J in 2001; however, the 3 key members worked for the owners at their previous jobs where they were supervisors in a window covering business for a combined 35 years!)

While you should call and get referrals when having work done, we no longer offer referrals because we do 800 homes a month, every person who we gave out as a referral had to change their phone number because of getting 30-40 calls a night. Back when we were doing 150 homes a month it was an ok system, but now, we cannot give referrals due to our volume. Remember, the majority of our competition does 15-20 homes a month compared to our 800+! We are a BBB Member with a valid California Contractors License all in good standing.
